Founded by Dato’ Sri Vincent, Wiseyes Solutions Sdn Bhd has been in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) business for over 14 years with a MSC-Status and proven track record in delivering industry class web portals and mobile application solutions across public and private sectors nationwide. We are a system integrator company whereby we provide total end-to-end solution from server, storage and network infrastructure to data center and data recovery center up to application layer andmanaged services to our customers.
Between 2013 to 2016, Wiseyes collaborated with Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) Johor in developing public safety applications to curb the crime rates. Pioneered in year 2014, the Community Alerts (CommAlerts) SOS App’s chief concern is to act as an emergency beacon which quickens rescue processes. Through the app, the police has successfully solved 282 cases and was downloaded by 30,823 users. Wiseyes also initiated Malaysia’s first portable SOS panic button, ResQ — that is directly connected to the PDRM. Subsequently, we collaborated with the Registrar of Socities Malaysia in developing the MySociety application as a communication platform between public and societies. All three apps were contributions from Wiseyes to the society as we believe in improving lives and transforming the future together from rakyat to rakyat.
Concurrently, our success story comes from our partnership with Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (SOCSO) in coming up with SOCSO’s Core System (ASSIST Portal), Employment Insurance System’s Core System (EIS Portal), iPERKESO.my portal and the Self Employed Social Security Scheme (SESS Portal), initially for Taxi Driver. This platform is created for employers, employees, insured persons, self-employed and even to the public to make quick and hassle-free online engagements with SOCSO. Our platform allows SOCSO to efficiently collect contributions, process claim submissions and help Insured Person get back to the job market. We also take pride in our effective change management team that was deployed. We believe that our constant interactions with all stakeholders from SOCSO allows all our solutions to be deployed, embraced, adopted and used by many successfully.
